Shipping & Delivery Policy

 All orders are shipped within the Arab Republic of Egypt.
 Orders are processed after order confirmation (excluding Fridays, Saturdays and official
holidays).

Delivery Timeframes
 3-5 Business Day Delivery:
Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, Delta Governorates, Mansoura, Ismailia, Suez Canal cities, Beni
Suef, and, Upper Egypt (Minya, Assiut, Sohag).
 5-8 Business Days:
Far Upper Egypt, Sharm El Sheikh, Red Sea Governorates, Aswan, Marsa Alam, and Hurghad.
 Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, promotions, or unforeseen
circumstances.
 Customers will be contacted by our courier prior to delivery.
 In case the customer is unreachable, or delivery is refused, re-shipping fees may apply.
